Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom and made-to-order pieces require additional production time; the estimated timeline for custom work will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited (US): 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will always help you track down a delayed order.
Packaging & Care
Crystals and jewelry are fragile and sentimental. Every order is packed with care using protective materials to ensure your pieces arrive safely.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Local Pickup & In-Store
Local customers are welcome to visit or arrange pickup at our shop: 139 Mill Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945, United States. Contact us to confirm availability and hours.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can only update an address before the order ships.
International Shipping
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability, rates, and any customs responsibilities (duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility).
