How much does custom jewelry cost?
Custom pieces start at $75 for simple designs. Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, the crystals used, and the metal choice. We offer options for every budget and will work with you to create something beautiful within your price range.
Can I see my design before it's made?
Absolutely! We provide detailed sketches and 3D renderings for your approval before we begin crafting. You'll also receive a wax model to see and feel the actual size and proportions of your piece.
What if I don't like the final piece?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the final piece doesn't meet your expectations, we'll work with you to make adjustments. In rare cases where we can't achieve your vision, we offer a partial refund minus material costs.
Can you recreate a piece I saw online?
We can use photos as inspiration, but we specialize in creating unique, one-of-a-kind designs. We'll work with you to capture the essence of what you love while creating something that's uniquely yours.
Do you offer rush orders?
