What age is the Crystal Club designed for?
The Crystal Club is perfect for anyone ages 13 and up who has an interest in crystals, energy work, and personal growth. Many families subscribe together, and our guides are written to be accessible for beginners while still engaging for experienced practitioners.
Can I buy a single box without subscribing?
Currently, our crystal boxes are only available as part of a subscription. We have carefully curated multi-month sequences where each crystal builds upon the last, creating a cohesive learning journey. However, individual crystals are available in our shop at full retail price.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Annual members can cancel up to 3 days before their renewal date for a full prorated refund of unshipped boxes. Monthly members can cancel anytime before their next billing cycle.
Are the crystals ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with mines and suppliers who follow fair-trade practices and environmentally responsible extraction methods. Every crystal comes with a certificate of authenticity and information about its origin.
What if my crystal arrives damaged?
We package every crystal with extreme care using custom foam inserts and protective wrapping. However, if your crystal arrives damaged, simply contact our member support team with a photo and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
Do I need any tools or knowledge to start?
Not at all! Every box includes a beginner-friendly guide that teaches you everything you need to know about your crystal. Your first box also includes our FREE Crystal Cleansing Kit with all the tools you need to start working with your stones right away.
When will my subscription box ship?
Boxes ship on the 15th of each month. Orders placed before the 10th will ship in the current month's batch. Orders placed after the 10th will start with the following month's box. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your box ships.
Can I gift a membership to someone?
